It would make the field a bit more interesting. Although a "super car" with 350 hp and a honda civic are two totally different animals. The super car would dominate just because it's built to dominate.

We should make a touring car series. Pick only family type cars sup em up to maybe 300 hp and do something like that.

A touring car series would be really fun.

Something like FF, FR, mid engine cars, sports, coupes, sedans and such?

The z4s were great only if we could all run together..........we had a max of like 8 people at one time..............

Daytona was FUN, you kept losing it for some reason and I think I missed hitting you by inches at one point, your Z is still way faster than mine, also, Sagaris was at my tailpipe at one point but I don't know what happened.

I really love my 135i I think if I maxed out the power it wouldn't be as fun. I can still put the stage two motor upgrade and three, and then put the stage three turbo on it. I think it would just be too much.

I had some good fun tonight though. I really hate the fictional tracks. I am just no good at em.

Why don't we have like a 350 hp limit or something? Open to any cars? And limit the tires to sport softs.

I like the idea of going up to a certain HP and having restrictions on tires and a wide array of different vehicles.

Im starting a new quarter at school tomorrow ( I only get to say that 2 more times thankfully). My workload at school is retardedly high so I wont be on much until Christmas break but I will try to figure out more about the connectivity issues and hopefully the Sunday night thing will work next week.

Good racing guys, my girl kept calling me and it pissed me off so I would just stop my car and let everyone pass me.

I think we need to do a race with all kinds of different cars but approx the same horsepower, I want to see more variety on the track.

And again, Potter, your 135 is quick, you would just pass me on the straights like I was standing still haha

ugh that crash made me cry. I was two turns away from a win and blew it cause I dropped a wheel. At least when you drop your wheels off the track in this game it causes you to lose it unlike the old GT's and or forza.

I will have my revenge though.

On that last race you were in I thought I had time to switch tires but didnt get in, your crash was hilarious on Laguna Seca. I watched you step the back end out, take out the sign, then honk the horn and go spinning out onto the grass

so how do you guys like the game? i havent played since GT4, is this a good upgrade or just more of the same?

It's more of the same, better graphics, better sounds, better physics, but its definitely an evolution of GT4. The online play makes it a crapload of fun though, despite tonights server issues.

As for the server/connectivity issues:

once Schwarz3/Kronoz85 hosted races in his lounge, I was able to enter his lounge along with HarryPotter/Zulu862, NigelStu, and chrisesteschiro/kryztofur and have a lot of fun racing.

There was one bizzare happening though. all 5 of us would be racing but from my screen it only showed me racing against Schwarz3/Kronoz85 but in reality there were two others racing too and they could see me. I exited and re-entered and it seemed to solve that problem.
