Some software/hardware recommendations

if you use gmail, you can sync your google calendar with a lot of devices.

personally, i use my iphone and it syncs automatically with my yahoo calendar any time i add or edit an event.

What calendar are you using? What carrier are you on? Google would make that really easy, unless there are 2 users on that calendar...but you said 1 calendar, right?

Right now I just use Hotmail calendar and I'm on Verizon. It'll be two users on 1 calendar.

Yeah, you can access that calendar online, so as long as it does not freak out with 2 IPs accessing it, no worries.

It's funny that you mention this, my blackberry wouldn't pull in my girlfriends calendar. My G2 pulls in both calendars :)

Annnddd now I don't have any excuses about not knowing her schedule at work...haha
