Can non-POP email be forwarded to a POP box?

My main email account is with email.com - I've used it for years and years...so long I don't want to stop using it.

I've recently gotten a gmail account so that I can recieve email on my cell phone by the why of POP.

Now? Is there any way I can get the email from my NON-POP "email.com" account into my gmail account?

    Anyway to forward it?

    Thanks!!!!

If you try to forward from email.com you get a the following message:
Sorry, your request cannot be completed. E-mail forwarding is a Premium Service. You need to pay for E-mail Forwarding Service before you are able to activate your account. Please click here to signup for e-mail forwarding.

i.e. if you're not paying for your email.com account you can't do direct forwarding.

A site to try is returnpath.net They do email forwarding, you can even get 30 days free
