Lol guys. I'll provide the concession that these aren't as sought after, or 'exotic', but they're pretty good drivers. Yes, this was the 7 speed auto, but whatever. The grunt of the engine sounded great, and it handled on a dime. My friend's been driving this since he blew the block on his Lx470 a few weeks ago.

Hah I'm not a Benz fan at all but when I was in high school my parking buddy took her dad's SL55 AMG to school when her Range Rover was in the shop (yeah she was loaded). She let me drive it once and yeah holy shit, I floored it at a big intersection and it wheel hopped all the way through and after I was done accelerating past the intersection I was getting up to 100mph. I don't think I'll ever get a chance to drive a car with that much torque again :(

If you liked that 5.5 go find yourself one that has the Kleeman supercharger. The one I drove, I was super careful with and did not push it all but that thing felt like I was getting launched out of a catapult when I did get on the gas. Guy that owned it had a shop and I was trying to get an ACS silhouette kit off him but he couldn't find me one.

drive an s600, those throw you in the seat pretty damn good too. my old boss had an e55 amg, that thing was a fuckin beast

My friend's dad ALSO owns a 03'? SL600, with the retractable hardtop.
This is the stupid-ass story as to how my friend blew up his Lexus engine:
-He noticed steam coming out the hood after school
-Called his mom, she told him to go ahead and drive it to rowing practice
-on his way, it started smoking badly, and apparently he took a chunk out of the block, and has a warped head.
