So about 3 years ago I bought a Gamin 680 Nuvi GPS
I used it a lot and it worked great. Screen started locking up so I emailed pixel support and they told me to try a few things. Nothing worked so I asked them even though it was way out of warranty if there was anything that could be done. This dude sends me an RA number and 10 days later i get a free reconditioned unit no charge.
Customer service is not dead. this was a cool story to me bro

That's surprising coming from a big company like garmin. Typically I like to deal with smaller companies just for that reason, much better customer service. Good to hear you got a new one though.
