    Anyone running "naked" dsl/internet?

"Naked" DSL - that is DSL with out paying for voice.

    I might be moving - and I really don't want a landline. EAD AT&T.

Anyone have it? What's the trick?

Speakeasy, Verizon, Quest and ATT all offer it at the moment. You should be good to go.

^I don't know how it is out there, but around here the DSL connections you can get are cheaper but MUCH slower.

I'm not even paying for the fastest I can get through Cox and regularly see 25Mb+ down. DSL will get you around 3-4Mb down.

In Renton, DSL is super slow. And I mean, dial up slow with many crashes.

Comcast is the way to go around these parts as I see regular 5-10mbps DL's on the cheapest ($30.00 a month) Comcast cable.
                Need a part? PM me.
