I started kicking the shit out of her car cause she wouldn't back up so I could inspect the damage. She broke some of the clips on the bumper trim. So that will cost me. I also have a trailer hitch and was concerned she stuffed that into my spare tire well. I was hoping it was sticking in her radiator. No such luck.

clips aren't expensive, and you aren't supposed to move vehicles until police arive, you aren't an insurance company to assess damages.

So I pull up to a 4 way stop sign in a residential area and this old crow rolls into the back of my car. I pull the ebrake and hop out to check for damage. Her car is resting against mine. I yell at her to back up and she won't so I go Rambo and start kicking the shit out of her car. By now there is a traffic snarl and people are yelling for me to stop kicking her car. So she pulls away almost hitting another car. No damage but I feel violated.

In the purest R3V tradition, how funny if somebody contacted the Miami Beach police, with a link to this thread? Talk about being owned.

Your story reminds me of this one time at a light, similar situation, only it ended in an 80ish year old man exiting his busted pick up and assaulting a young 20 something black dude who was harassing his with a tire iron he had handy...

wish the old lady would have busted out a taser and shown you what's up. Had it been my grandma who we affectionately call G-momma coz she's so legit, she'd have pistol whipped you for sure. Seriously if she had called 911 you would most likely be the one on charges. It might appear to the police as that you snapped jumping out screaming at this older women and then she tapped you when her foot fell off the brake pedal.

My head shook forward and then back into my headrest. Definitely an uncomfortable feeling. Bottom line is driving is a privilege, if you are too old or too stupid to control your behavior in public you should not be granted the liberty of freedom. Clearly a case of a fucking d bag.
