Here in FL, you are required to remove accident vehicles from the right of way if they are still mobile. She could have backed up, but kicking the car was a little overboard.

yup, when i got in my accident years ago with my dakota, i pushed my damn truck out of the road because i hate assholes who just sit there causing a traffic problem. and nearly the entire front of my truck was taken out lol.
