How easy is it to put fish in there?

Neon Tetras are not going to be happy in there. Maybe a few white cloud minnows and a pair of pygmy corydoras for the bottom.

For size reference, here is a jones bottle and a dads rootbeer bottle (33.8oz)
So I think this is going to be a single fish, or 2 fish max tank.

Just kidding, it's a really cool idea, you should throw a few smaller fish in there, Beta fish are boring ;)
