Pardon my ignorance. What are we supposed to see? Plastic beer kegs?

They're coated in a dense rubber for insulation. Rogue is the only brewery I've seen use such kegs. Probably why they're $50 each for the deposit.

To anyone in the PNW: Rogue is having a sale this weekend. The one in NW Porland has kegs of Younger's Special Bitter for $50 (retail: $195). The e30 trunk can hold two, as displayed above 8).

          It's only 100L :).

We have a kegerator at the house so they'll last for a long time.

I found out that they're not going to brew the Younger's Special Bitter anymore due to low demand. These were from the Eugene brewery. A final small batch of it. I picked up some of the last kegs. I'm guessing they may have one or two at the one in NW Portland (14th & Flanders).

My suspension wouldn't have handled another 150lbs back there. The two back there would have killed a stock setup.

fyi with an enpty spare well a keg will stand upright in an e30's trunk while closed. pretty much a perfect fit. That's how i'd always transport my kegerator's beer before a got a truck to DD
...what hasn’t been done to an m20 yet?

Since that's too far of a drive, I shall raise my beer in cheers from this end of the country with my beer.

                          Happy holidays sir! :D

They're 50L kegs, just like the German ones too.
All of the German kegs we get here are the plain metal ones (Paulaner, Spaten, Hoffbrau, etc).

I've got the kegerator set to 48F right now. Perfect for the ESB :).
