As far as Brendan's quote, it was taken out of context as the remain of the thread is interesting. The dude resold his brand new parts to his shop customer. He admits the parts were good after he drive tested them, then when customer abused them, he claimed I should replaced them. When asked for some details and measurement so that I can evaluate the situation, he couldn't tell me anything. So fuck off. Is customer always right? Of course he is. But he needs to demonstrate he's right. ;-)
