    Maybe a you suck?

Went down to the local Pawn-Exchange today and got a good tool deal. I was looking through their drills and found a brand new Ryobi for $70. High price, but it was 30% tools today. So for $49 I was like okay. SO the lady goes and gets the batteries and it turns out it is the Ryobi P824 kit with the circular saw.

So for $50 I got a 18V drill, circular saw (which I will never use), two batteries and a charger. Not a scratch on anything, the saw blade was still in the packaging.

    Is Ryobi good stuff or....

Ryobi is pretty good from my experience, which isn't much, but I'd say you pretty much stole that shit...

[delatlanta]You must mean Variable Speed Multi Tool. Because Dremel is a registered trademark of the Robert Bosch Tool Corporation.

If you have to ask, then yes. Its good enough for what you will use it for.

otoh, if youre tools crap out on you in a week, wheres your warranty?

The more tools you buy over time you'll realize there are only a handful of things you can cheap out on- And power/air tools isnt one of them.

I've had my ryobi 18v for 5 years now, I've beat the daylights out of it and it has yet to disappoint. One of my roommates is an architect and he even said his Dewalt isn't any better than the Ryobi.
