Funky Furniture

[Aus E30]

So it seems like the general R3v/E30 population are a pretty funky bunch.
Always thinking crazy idea's or wierd projects.
One thing I love is random furniture, stuff thats different or a little weird/retro. Things like that Shell gas pump in a another thread.
So what have you got that you like, that others seem not to. Or thats a bit different!

A while ago some family friends called up (I was moving out of home) and asked if I wanted a couch they were about to take to the dump.
When I got there it was this.
A red/black leather chesterfield style high back couch. I was like OMFG
Plus it came with 2 matching chairs.
Its hard to see in the pic, but it starts off almost black, and washes out to red. Everyone hates it. I love it


The chairs needed a good clean.


I also have a coca-cola fridge. Awesome at partys

Those are excellent for when the guys come over and just want to lounge, drink, and smoke out in the backyard.

E30 rear seats make perfect couches. I have 3 E30 rear seat couches in my garage, built on steel frames. Perfect party furniture.

I've seen the fridge couch before, pretty nice stuff but a little different from my taste.

Found this at a local thrift shop recently..I loved it, my roommate did not, however...So I didn't end up buying it :(

i love car parts as tables, maybe if my open diff doesnt sell ill make it into something.

careful on those thrift store shits. had a friend buy a sweet ass couch from one a long time ago. it looked nice but when he tried to clean it.... it held so much shit inside....oh man it was gross.
and as long as its comfy its cool, interesting furniture thats uncomfortable sucks. My sisters old roommate/landlord had hospital waiting room chairs for a couch. fucking horrible
