There has been lots of times people asking about a part and it takes a while for them to make up their mind on it, and sorry but unless i have delt with you in the past and it take a few weeks for you to make up your mind i am moving on to the next person that wants it. Now there have been times i have held a part for some one and they have come and got it. But in the end if they are coming to pick up a part they need to call ahead to make sure it is still there so they dont waste their and your time coming for some thing that is moved on.

When people want parts help, I add $10 for inconveniencing me... Otherwise, the first person that calls to tell me they're on their way, gets the part.

So if they all want to come on the same day and one guy has an hour drive and the other guy is local; then if far away guy called, then I'm waiting for him.

Same. I've had local buyers flake on me multiple times, only to show up the day I tell them its no longer available because a guy is coming from 3 hours away to buy it.
