In all seriousness, though, replace all of the bushings and control arms/ball joints/tierods if they are bad. Make sure the engine maintenance is up to date. Then maybe get it chipped, put some bilsteins under it with H&R springs and some tasteful wheels like M-parallels, M-systems, e38 or e39 style 5's, etc. Pics of the car?

First thing is to replace your front thrust arms with the uprated 750i versions, p/n:
left 31 12 1 141 097
right 31 12 1 141 098

and also the rear pitman arms ('dogbones') p/n:
33 32 1 126 476 (x2)

A MarkD or JimC chip will also help wake up the engine.
