Yeah, I have an 89 IS shell on my driveway that needs some work but I could have it going with this running gear.

Yeah, it is. This partially was in part due to the tucked bumper shocks, but it would have still tried to wipe the bumper off my passenger side. Bummer for sure, now I get to deal with the ins co. Mine though, I don't think they had insurance. I'm going to get that police report this week early.

This is "their" interpretation, and it proved to be a bad one. They had to make 100% sure the way was cleared to proceed safely. Their fault 100%. The only way that you could be faulty would be if you went thru a red light.. Which you didn't.
