It's safe. From what I hear, the only sketchy country in Europe is Russia. That is just what I was been told while I was traveling in Europe.

Диван дан у Београду! Belgrade is amazing. Nothing like I expected. So many beautiful women, definitely some culture shock going on. This town is full of Mila Kunis look alikes. Highly suggest traveling here! The pollution is intense, never experienced anything as oppressive before. Makes LA's air quality seem like a crisp ocean breeze.
