Even that is true they dont make 60 gb anymore, they have to give the next in line.
False advertising or deceptive advertising is the use of false or misleading statements in advertising. As advertising has the potential to persuade people into commercial transactions that they might otherwise avoid, many governments around the world use regulations to control false, deceptive or misleading advertising. Truth in labeling refers to essentially the same concept, that customers have the right to know what they are buying, and that all necessary information should be on the label.
Still false advertisement, i can see a class action lawsuit being brought by this.
Or is they dont want to honor it we should at least get a 10 dollar gift card.
We need to get some sort of compensation for their mistake. This price has been up for many hours now.
Wow so many mindless shit heads have never had the burden of working retail to realize they AIN'T GETTIN' SHIT.

Also, the rules of "false advertising" due to glitches online are COMPLETELY different than printed advertisements in stores and even to that degree stores are allowed to make good by "apologizing" for their ad and as pissed off as customers get, that's how it is and they would get no compensation.

And to you who won't read the reviews on the amazon page, here's the best info of all of them.
hopefully you are like me and are really checking this out to see if this deal is for real. hopefully you will also be reading this review... I was skeptical and i checked a whole lot of sites to see if this was a real deal or not. IT IS NOT! Slickdeals.net says it is a typo - the product you think you are buying (the 60gb older model ps3 console - fat version) is actually a PS3 Move controller - Shooter Grip for $39.99. i googled to find out if this deal was real... slickdeals.net - (their forum) confirmed it for me. it is a big typo. target's website takes you to Move controllers as well for this deal, while amazon has it listed as the 60gb console. some ppl are saying it is an old model from 2006 or a refurb, but other sites confirmed by ppl who bought this thing that it really is a PS3 Move Advanced Shooter Grip controller.
other testimony from slickdeals.net: I called a local Target store and asked for the item description based on the DPCI. They said it's a shooter grip. This is bait and switch indeed. At checkout, it says PlayStation 3 Move Advanced Shooter Grip (PlayStation 3) and makes it clear you are not actually buying a PS3.If you buy through the amazon.com link, it clearly states playstation 3 even in the emailed confirmation. READ THE TEXT ON AMAZON. It says fulfilled by Target. I'm sure it's also a mistake.
