This is not a autotrader has screwed me and I'm going to log on and bitch about it on R3V thread. Even though they have been unable to place my ad for a week now.

Take a look at this survey, does this make since? For instance, if you had been placed on hold three times what would you select?

They aren't asking for the specific number of times you were put on hold, rather were you satisfied or not with the number of times you were placed on hold.

If you asked me "number of times I was on hold" and I told you "dissatisfied" you would consider that a good answer?

Better yet if you were asked "Total duration of phone call" what would you answer. I see what they are trying to do but its not presented correctly.
