    vette crashes into car at 130 mph and cuts it in half...

    Cliff notes:
    -Motorcycle and corvette racing
    -Bike and car doing 130mph+
    -Light turns red
    -Bike stops corvette run red light at full throttle
    -Car turning left is cut in half
    -Hit car had two people, one adult, one child
    -Child was supposed to be in back in car seat and wasn't
    -Another child was supposed to be picked up and in back and there was a mix up and she was not there
    -Back half of car flew 75 feet through the air and cut a tree in half and crashed down a hill
    -Corvette driver stunned but not seriously hurt
    -Hit car driver and kid stunned but not seriously hurt

    Look at the Toyota and tell me how close they came to dying.

      "6SOOFLY" pretty much sums it up...

      That kid is LUCKY he isn't going to jail for vehicular manslaughter. I'm just glad to see that the woman and kid were OK.

      I'm calling parenting fail.

      Parents - teach your kids.

      Kids - be smart, keep the racing on a track. Actually, that goes for everyone.

              yup. i feel like if the woman and kid were any car that was build better/stronger it would have been a different outcome.

              that kid gives domestic/younger corvette owners a very bad name.

                      Too bad he didn't hit a brick building instead.

                      Thing is, if he gets 10 years in prison, I doubt it'd do much better than 1 year in prison. You'd hope he'd learn the err of his ways after this.
