It actually doesn't look too bad, as long as the suspension damage isn't too severe. Parts would be pretty easy, especially for anyone that knows how to source parts from Europe, as most of the folks in here are. The fact that the drivetrain is the same as a standard Mini Cooper helps too.
It is a little european shitbox, but the fact that it is here in the states gives it something to be said.
