I need a truck in the $10-12k range, what should I get?

    manic Tahoe (the littler one) not the full on burb. Burbs are too big for 90% of the people that buy them in the 1st place

    Still you will out grow a mid size really fast. I have always had both a full size 3/4ton or 1 ton (pulling rig) and mid size, (dd) and grew tired of spending nearly the same on fuel and maintenance on the little one as it would to just run the big truck. So I just went with a full size and have never been happier. Same goes for the little woman, always has has a mid sized SUV, Once we went to a Tahoe there is no going back .

        Well the cheapest one I've seen around here is twice the top of my budget.

        The whole reason to get an affordable truck, is so I can get another E30 ASAP.

          Used? I see lots of 'em for <10k, some as low as 7. I sold mine to Carmax for 9k...then again it had a bunch of issues (that they didn't know about).
