thats why i always try leave good space between me and the car up front when i come to a stop. the rider seemed to look into his left mirror perhaps changing lanes was something that crossed his mind. the lady in the scion is at fault not the rider,in my eyes.

Definitely. Or at least tap the rear brake a few times as a warning. I like to adjust the rear brake switch so that it comes on way before I get any action from the brake.

its not a uncommon thing for daily riders to have go pros on their helmets. i have seen a few people on a local forums do it.

it was definitely the fault of the chick that hit him from behind, no if ands or buts.
i am not sure what the laws are in other states but in california if you rear end someone it is almost always your fault. the argument being if you had had the proper distance between you and the car in front of you you would have had time to stop.

More like the Stig. He is a much more restrained man than I. The first thing I screamed at the slunt who rear ended my truck, resulting in rollover and general mayhem, was "WHAT THE FUCK BITCH!" She thought she had killed me and asked if I was ok while I bled from the head and that is all I could muster. I'm fairly certain that rider was the Stig in blue jeans.

I worry about this every time I ride. I always try to scan 360 degrees around for anything looking like a possible threat. My stomach got all knotted up hearing the crunch, I am glad the dude was ok.
