Yeah, I work in manufacturing. It's not bad, can just be very repetitive at times. I do a lot of welding, machine operating, etc. The company I work at specializes in custom rollformed "energy management systems" for the automotive industry.

Was a nuke in the navy, then to school to get my bsme then worked as an engineer for about four years. I then tried medical school for about three years, but kept having panic attacks, high anxiety etc, I couldn't take it so now I'm taking a break. I parked cars for a few months which gives you plenty of time just to think. I may go back to engineering or maybe try sales out. I'm still trying to figure out what I want to do when I grow up, now in my late 30's...lol

Professional student. I was a Target slave for 1.5 years, and then found a sweet job with a local Engineering firm doing low-level research/data-entry from home making more than twice as much (family friend hookups ftw). Looking forward to whatever job I hold this summer.

Edit: Studying mechanical engineering at UW.

Used to be food service until I went IT, then went to rally fabrication and crew chief for a local team.

Food service ain't bad, but it's a grind every day. After just a month it becomes no more than a habit until something breaks. IT was fresh as it was always different things breaking, but bitchy people get really annoying after a few months. I hope being a rally fabricator/crew chief/mechanic treats me better.

I'm headed to WRC Mexico this weekend and my team will be in Missouri this week for a rally.
