Wow, I don't even understand the reasoning for trying to ruin a guy's life over an honest mistake. Especially when it's been admitted the officer wasn't following his training, then trying to entrap the guy by recording a supposedly "friendly" lunch?

Hermosa / Torrance Police are famously douches. A guy I know got set up by them as well (the cop placed his hand on the officer's gun, then laughed when he pulled it away. Repeatedly) This fault here is clearly on the motorcyclist.

A cop rear ended a friend of mine a few years ago. Charged my friend w/failure to yield right of way. It was a straight stretch of road and my friend was stopped at a stoplight, waiting to go straight.

Parente tried to pull Hitchcock over, he wrote, because the motorist cut him off after the light turned green. Parente claims that Hitchcock, in the curbside lane one over from Parente, "accelerated greatly" on the green light, and cut him off in the middle or No. 2 lane.
