Yea this cop is a douche.

    No, all cops are not.

Some of you fuckwads are ridiculous. When you are getting pulled over for shit you're doing wrong, cops are all "fucking pigs". When your kid gets kidnapped or your daughter gets raped, the cops are all of sudden your favorite fucking people. You think our cops are bad? Move the fuck out and go to Russia

"The siren spooked me. I instinctively hit the brakes to see where it was coming from," Really?! you didnt see him on your ass? or behind you at the stop light?

the cop is an asshole who is abusing his power, and the guy driving is one of those people who isnt at fault but is still a bad driver! they're both idiots in my opinion. Bad COP, Bad driver.

But yeah the cop should be fired because we don't need cops like that running around ruining innocent peoples lives.

Fuck I always assume cops are on the level when dealing with them but I'll be damned if I'm not leery of every single one. Any cops I've ever dealt with have been pretty good and most have given me breaks (lessening tickets, verbal warnings, etc.) but I know all it would take is one little mistake on my part and a cop could fuck me over hard.

    happens way too often....

the worst part is we can do nothing but rely on the "goodness" of our cops. Pray to whatever deity you believe that you won't ever hit a cop, and that a cop will never hit you. If it happens, your life will be over.

Wow, this reminds me of what I witnessed a couple of years back. A dumb ass motorcycle cop pulled out right in front of a car trying to pursue another car. The car he pulled in front of locked up his brakes to not hit the cop and caused an accident. The cop came back to investigate the accident, and wrote a ticket to the guy. I was driving the other way and stayed to report what I saw. The cop said I was lying about it, but I have known the chief and the primary investigator for about 10 years. They took my statement and told that cop he was full of shit. Well he no longer works for our local PD.
Man I hope this guy gets justice, but I doubt he will.

I will be surprised if the bmw guy is acquitted of the charges. The officer is trying to cover himself and abusing his power. The prosecution is just in it for the money, etc. It is a shame really but its seems to me at least that in our justice system, this happens all too often.
(Like the case where a guy broke into someones house then broke his leg while trying to steal some property and sued the owner, and won the case)

That cop should be lynched in a public square for nothing less than an abuse of power and the prosecuter that took the job should be sent to egypt to be raped.

that's not what I am writing about. I'm merely stating that regardless, there is good and bad everywhere. Sometimes for whatever reason, people get the raw end of the stick. Wrongful convictions etc. Jail time served by the innocent. The law regardless of what people might get away with isn't perfect. This is the problem with the justice system.

Yet, some more people who don't deserve the badge.
