    S.F Bay Area Snow

It says that it's going to snow around here, and if you're familiar with the San Francisco Bay Area Region, that doesn't sound right.
Even though there were some flurries in the hills surrounding Oakland, Berkeley and Marin last year, this is supposed to be something different.
Apparently, the last time it snowed here was in 1976.

I myself, live on an island right across the bay from San Francisco.
I park my cars a few feet above sea level, and roughly 20 feet from the bay.

Think I'll be taking the E30 up to the hills this weekend.

Yeah, I'm curious to see how it will play out. I'm theoretically getting on a plane tomorrow night, so we will see if that will actually happen.

I'm sure whatever you get will be merely a fraction of what we see in one hour here. Have fun :)

            This.

One day last week we got over a foot of snow here in a few hours. anything under and inch we consider a light dusting.

Definitely bringing it along. BTW, said it'll be snowing in Monterey Bay as well

Haha, if SF were to get a foot of snow in a day the city would grind to an apocalyptic halt.

I imagine every intersection would be a cluttered mess of mangled cars, pink and purple boas floating through the air on fire, and hipsters running for the hills.

There will be a lot of fixie-related hipster boo-boos if it snows in San Francisco.

Same thing in Fresno. I've lived here for 3 years, haven't seen snow yet, but the weather app says it will snow in a couple days. I'm curious.
