Need suggestions for a Lab concerning Fluids!

My professor gave me an assignment of designing or finding online a laboratory exercise concerning my dynamic fluids class. I have been having some trouble coming up with suitable topics. I would like to find or design one using Submerged object stability. We have a budget for lab materials but they would need to have fast delivery (By April.)

Anyone have any suggestions, I know many members are engineers or currently in science courses.
