ive heard of hacking sattelite with yer computer, but u still need a dish and some hardware for yer comp....this sounds like a link to some streaming website, which means it will probably be in shitty qualtity, and also u will probably not be able to watch any of the channels b/c they will all be full with other users... but im just speculating... :roll:
