iphone4, motorola atrix or htc inspire?

i'm with att and plan on staying with them. was wondering what people's opinions are on each. i currently have a 3g and i am more than ready for something new. i don't want the typical droid vs iphone bickering, just honest opinions on each phone and personal opinions based on actual experiences.

Moto or HTC, friends have had too many issues with Samsungs. They seem to be superior tech wise and seem well built but they always have issues and are very slow to address them. To my understanding my buddies epic (which JUST got 2.2) is still having issues with GPS reliability.
