and Farbin Kaiber is right, streamlight LED`s are a good value. rechargeable batteries are nice too. one of our techs has a red aluminum stinger that he has beat on for years.

I have about 4 that I can find at any given time (1 have with me all the time, tool bag for each truck and the g/f she keeps by the main door) I have more of them but I dont really know where they all are.

Surefire 6p LED's not lame nor expensive, (less than 50 new on ebay) very handy, long battery life for light out put, VERY WELL MADE.

ya, i guess you`re right. you can find some screamin deals on 6p`s on ebay. i just don`t think they are very bright stock, and when you add the cost of the light, plus the cost of a drop in head id rather have something from HDS systems. at least as much output, same run time, and all on one cell rather than two.

Its not quite as powerful as what you want but its a still a great little flashlight.

Fairly small, well built, and bright, and cheap ~$22. My dad has an the exact same flashlight but with an incandescent bulb and my led model blows it out of the water. Great flashlight for inspecting cars (what I originally bought it for).

Why are people always bitching about duplicate threads of the same subject? Is the R3V server running out of space? Is it too cluttered in here for everyone's taste? Is this supposed to be the be-all-end-all one thread per every subject on earth Board?

Shit if the thread is something you've seen before, don't click on it. :hitler:
