yeah i was afraid the tree out front would fall on my house and kill me and my wife. lol the e30 is in the garage thankfully.

Well Im in california so the property value wasnt doing to good anyways.But it does suck because the tree added some character to the house.Comment

Im glad I wasnt out front smoking a cigarette. I usually bring my dog out with me and hes all over that tree. I guess things couldnt have gone better for the situation.Comment

tree didnt stand much of a chance with a strong enough wind form that direction.
Look how curb is too it!!! that means when they put the road and all the utilities in they cut the roots on that side. You can see that plainly in the 1st pic. I am really suprized it was still alive or at least that one side was not stressed or dead with the roots cut that close to the trunk.
