Anybody else regularly make a trip to them? I swear atleast once a day i grub on a burrito, theres one on seemingly every corner in Oakland. Enjoying one al pastor con jalapenos y salsa, cane sugar Coke. Theres even one down the street with a free 7th burrito loyalty program! :up:

there are now different 'levels' of taco trucks here. you got your basic mexican food trucks in the hood and industry areas. those are usually good food, but not clean at all.

then youve got the 'twitter trucks' those ones are very clean, and some are kinda expensive. theres everything too, greek food, american, sushi, steaks, etc.

the twitter ones always do truck meets where a bunch of them park somewhere for a night, pretty cool

OTG is awesome. We get truck food pretty regularly since I work in SoMa. A favorite of mine is The Rib Whip, which has a smoker setup in the truck.

I haven't eaten at one in so long. Though, we usually have one on our school campus.

I love taco trucks and most kinds of street food. I was just in Portland area for a week and couldn't get enough of the food trucks all get together everyday.

If any of you guys get a chance to try something other than tacos or burritos at those food trucks, try a TORTA made with,chicken or carne asada. It's like a super mexican sandwich packed with meat/chicken lettuce beans, cheese, tomatoes, jalapeños, avocado and sauce., those are the best and very filling too.
