I am not a fan boy per say, I also fell i love with H1. I cannot wait till Halo:CE is launched in a few years or so. The makers of H1 were bought out then H2 was made. Well they went off and made some other Co. They bought it back after Reach and now that is in works!!!! I am excited.

But I dislike Reach because the BR was removed and stupid lock and jetpack shit. I cannot stand the bloom and single shot BS. I am still in H3 repping my 5 star General and 50 in every play list.

Halo Reach out sold CoD and Battlefield release. It sold more in the first night release then CoD did in a week on POS3 and XB.

I have been on Halo since it was released for H1, I own every title but Halo wars and I went semi pro in H2, H3(stayed in H3). I am also planning on buying Halo: CE

There is not a game title that has a bigger following then Halo. MLG was made off of Halo, CoD was never even allowed into it because of how much camping there it.

Now that PSN has entered its second day offline, Sony admitted that an external intrusion was the reason behind their decision to pull the plug.



“An external intrusion on our system has affected our PlayStation Network and Qriocity services,” Sony spokesman Patrick Seybold revealed on the PlayStation 3 official blog. “In order to conduct a thorough investigation and to verify the smooth and secure operation of our network services going forward, we turned off PlayStation Network & Qriocity services on the evening of Wednesday, April 20th.”

“Providing quality entertainment services to our customers and partners is our utmost priority,” he continued. “We are doing all we can to resolve this situation quickly, and we once again thank you for your patience. We will continue to update you promptly as we have additional information to share.”

Famous hackers collective, Anonymous, has denied the initial allegations that they are behind the attack. “A more likely explanation is that Sony is taking advantage of Anonymous' previous ill-will towards the company to distract users from the fact the outage is actually an internal problem with the companies servers,” an Anonymous representative claimed.

I dont pay $4 a month on gaming online because I couldnt give two shits about gaming online and I need Blu-Ray because of my 55" LED TV, things that arent HD really show it on something that big. Also, the PS3 has an upscaler so when we would play traditional DVDs the PS3 was the one we fired up because it at least made them tolerable, the XBox (at least the 54nm Elite we had at the time) didnt upscale DVDs.

You are the epitome of a fanboy, which just means you are a loser because only losers can have that much emotional investment in online gaming. I went to college/lived with some guys like that. They made the best room mates as long as they paid the rent because they just spent all night in their rooms and never had people over. Plus they always had headphones and would be up playing all night so they didnt mind when I had friends over.

I liked the multiplayer in the first halo, it was a similar experience to Goldeneye just with more to do. Co-op is always fun.

I dunno, I think online play with all FPS games is a waste of time, unless you're just playing with friends.

I have a Samsung 46" black LED Series 6 that I use with my Xbox 360(new version) and have a blu ray player to boot. But I am always on Netflix for movies or TV shows. Then I have an old xbox 360 and a 27" LCD 120hz for skill based games(Halo,CoD, Gears) Bigger just makes it harder to focus.

I love to play the game but it does not control my life. Only play if there is nothing better to be doing in the shitty seasons.

I fucking love my Astro A40s, cost more then some kids e30s on here. And it tunes out unwanted sounds. I never roomed with anyone so have not had an issue with room mates.
