The coolest piece of software ever

Download this and make your pants tight if you are a astronomy freak like myself.

It's a universe explorer program allowing you to visit EVERYTHING in the universe up close and personal. It's all 3d, it's all awesome. Do yourself a favor and take a trip to the edges of the solar system and then on to the edges of our galaxy!

Maybe make a trip to our closest neighbor the M31 galaxy. With an extensive library of planets, stars and moons you cna quick travel to anywhere. All in real time the planets orbit their suns and moons their planets.

So awesome. You do need a decent computer to run it however as it is quite demanding.

    Thank me later.

It does crash quite a bit, Extract the whole folder to whereever, and run it from there. It's not a final product.

                      Awesome program.
Now, if only they made it into an active desktop wallpaper. How fucking cool would it THAT be. Following the earth in it's orbit. Watching the sunrise as those on the Internation Space Station would see it.

Guys use CNTRL+O to turn orbits on, also use L to increase time multiplier and K to decrease. Watching everything orbit and spin and move all in beautiful synchronicity is just beyond words.

I found a comet I am following zooming through space.

Note... Link to newest version. 0.93

Tooling around in it listening to the soundtrack to "The fountain"
MUCH LESS CRASHING, and MUCH more stuff outside of the galaxy. Full of win

Seems as though it will be updated quite often, as the last release was only 3 dyas ago.

Having problems with .93 i get major drops in performance when around gas giants. I have a plenty fast computer too. It's a shame because this version is much better.
