    Tri-tip Jalapeño Appetizers:

Thinly slice tri-tip and marinate in a sauce of your choice.
Cut up some whole jalapeño's - fresh not canned.
De-seed if you want, I did a few for the gf.
Pre cook the tri-tip, but not too much.
Take a piece of steak, spread cream cheese, then add a decent amount of jalapeño's.
Then "roll" the steak as if it were a sushi roll, throw a tooth pick through the center, and place it on the grill!

I should have taken pictures, they were awesome.
Dammit thanks now I want to grill a tri tip and make a batch of armadillo eggs. Hard to do when I wont be home for a long while

Sundays, I like to prepare my lunch in bulk for most of the week. A lot of the time it is a curry dish with rice. I did not make the naan but I've gotten chicken curry down pretty well. I use the lite coconut milk and throw in some tomato paste along with the chicken, onions and potato.

I need to start taking pictures of my culinary endeavors, doing a roasted leg of lamb for the first time tomorrow night so hopefully that goes well.
