We get all sorts of spiders in our warehouse and I fucking hate them. But they present a unique pranking opportunity. If I see one, (usually big nasty looking brown thing with fang)
I run and grab a little Styrofoam cup and set the cup on top of it and just leave it and walk away. Then... I wait...

Living in the desert, we get all sorts of things in the house. And ya, i squeal like a little bitch when I encounter a spider. Had one in my dresser on my clean clothes the other day. It was a giant wolf spider. Needless to say, all those clothes got washed a few times. Oh and going around the house at night with a black light, you can usually find 3-4 scorpions. Eff the desert.

Aussie here, so spiders aren't really a big deal. You get used to massive huntsman spiders soon enough. Besides, they're harmless enough.

I guess you don't have Black Widows/Brown Recluse type spiders in that part of the country then?

It's not uncommon to find them lurking in shoes/clothes/etc, and they carry a potentially lethal bite.
