Im about to buy a brewing kit and a book and start making my own beer. I was wondering if anyone here has brewed there own and can give me some insight. Thanks.

1. )Set up your home brewing kit.
2. ) Go to 7-11 and find some killians that has been on the shelf for 7 months.
3. ) Pour it into the "home brew" barrel, let it sit.
4. ) Dump a half gallon of water in it.
Voila, the home brewing experience.

my bosses husband has some award winning home brews - i've yet to taste them but if they are winning state/local awards i'm sure they are quality - but given that i'm not legal to drink beer in this country (not long thank god) i cannot attest to anything first hand this home brewer - though i have had some home brews and I ma very happpy with them and if done right its a solid thing as you can create your own preferences..... regardless - i'm drunk now, have funPNW Crew
