There is a different Sriracha I like that has a bit of fish extract in it as well.

Go through it and Tabasco like crazy. Eat that stuff so much I don't even have the problem with fire ass the next day anymore.

I use:



Pureed Habanero, Naga Jolokia and other ingredients.
4000x hotter than Tabasco.

Stuff like this is stupid. You can't taste anything other than pain.

agreed, the novelty sauces are just torture and I haven't had one that I liked yet. Almost seems like its for people that believe that there is a direct relationship between the hotness of a pepper and how cool everyone thinks you are :pimp:

I have been in Chattanooga, TN for the last 2 weeks and this stuff is all over the place



They even had it in the condiment bar at Chick-fil-a today so I tried it with some ketchup and waffle fries....not horrible but I will stick to red Tabasco for ketchup and fries.

I never used to like hot sauce. Lately, though, I've been putting it on everything. Pizza, subs, eggs, homefries, and chinese food (wasabi)

My favorite is Tobasco, good stuff, not toooooo hot, but has a good kick to it.

though my heartburn 30 mins later hates me for it.
