The whole time I read this I was thinking of the remote chance some bloke at the UPS decided to open the box for a quick chafe in said shoes. Anyway I don't have any reason to take either side, nor do I see any reason for it to be posted here aside from entertainment purposes.

He said 20th pair of the SAME shoe, not 20pairs of shoes. What is he some cartoon character? I have nothing against having a bunch of shoes,but the same exact shoe in the same exact color is kinda ridiculous.

i would have 20 of a certain shoe in a certain material if i could.... but then again i skateboard mostly every day and i would want those shoes specifically for the task of skateboarding, because i had received the best performance out of them... not sure if the same goes for "ballin" in these shoes.... however, i do concur "ballin" is a habit. sort of like "stuntin".

Here is the Ad Ross Sullivan ran on Ebay, followed by the package he sent. I took a series of pictures taking them out of the box. Note the close-up of the tread where you can see the words starting to get worn off. These are not new shoes. I have spent hours upon hours emailing Ross. He has lied, denied, then admitted, then promised to pay refunds, then has not done so. Basically his word is trash and he cannot be trusted to conduct online business with.

Below is the latest string of emails. Keep in mind, he previously denied there was anything wrong with them and they were new. Only after I have called him on it and doggedly pursued it has he admitted anything. Do you trust this person? Do you want to buy shoes, car parts, or anything from somebody that's going to put you through this. All I want is my fucking money back Ross, you crook.

I rescinded my offer of a partial or full refund. I don't feel I need to take the financial loss because of some scammer to just get a paif of muddy shoes back. He can go fuck himself, I'm more than happy to have PayPal or the California judicial system resolve this issue.

Edit: Besides, my appology was regaurding his bitching and moaning about "keeping him up till 4am." Not for the condition of the shoes, he left that part out.

Like anyone would believe I would go through all this if it weren't true. Or you would offer any type of refund. Really? If the shoes were truely new you wouldn't have offered anything. I will mail back the shoes because I am a person of integrity. You would be worried that I wouldn't because that's how you think.
