Internet Explorer 9 anyone?

I just did updates, now my menu bar is below my "tabs"...it should be above it. How can I change that?

Haha yes, that was retarded. I meant IE 9.

My menu bar should be above my tabs. Right now it's below.

try this.. right click next to menu bar and uncheck "Lock the Toolbars". now try to move the menu bar.

Yeah, I tried that but it doesn't allow me to "drag" it upwards. This is hella weird, I'm not sure why they switched it up in the first place.
