Nope, 100k is about right for a REAL e30 M3 cabby. A clean cabby will go for around 40k then add on the 60k or so for Federalization. If it is real then that one zero is at the right spot. For the buyer I would make SURE that is a real one. Not hard to do, there should be a stack of paper work along with it. Also that house is amazing, my only question is why Craigslist?

At the least the car is sub 60k, I am not sure to what is REALLY cost. Just read a few things early thing week about people trying to get cars that were not offered in the US legal.
