          I'm surprised nobody has said these.
          The incredibles. Fantastic for sound, and video.. Probably one of the best full movies you'll ever use for sound and video testing, and tuning.
          The Fifth Element. Cheesy movie, but tests your sound like nobodies business.

          Also, Shotgun scene from Ratatouille

            I have a decent setup in my room. My favorites that sound incredible would have to be The Hurt Locker, Inglorious Basterds, Public Enemies, The Book of Eli, Black Hawk Down, and Generation Kill HBO series. They all look great in blu-ray and sound even better!
