However, I have seen on other forums a "2nd NWS OT" where nothing is visible unless you're a "special member", meaning you need approval from an Admin to see ANYTHING inside that forum. Basically nobody from "outside" can view anything inside, so you wouldn't need to worry about newcomers seeing anything inappropriate, and perhaps the sponsors would rest easy? That would be, IMO, the perfect balance to appease everyone.

I found it awkward to think of being in a porn thread in a car forum where a bunch of my friends hang out anyways. The possibility of someone you know jerking off to the very thread youre looking at was not something appealing to me hahaha. Should I be concerned about the end of life date of P&R? I understand the move, but I guess I'm looking at this site as one of the last homes of the real car guy. Really r3v wasn't made with a porn thread in mind, all of you have the internet use it. Before I would post on a fourn called livingwithstyle started out with a download (movies/games/whatever) and a porn section... After a few years they both were shutdown... I don't think that will be an issue, plenty of very large sites have active P&R type sub-forums, or threads of that nature in OT (GRM for instance).
