    Insurance claim

So a few months ago i got in a nice little rollover accident in the snow with my friend driving, ended up with whiplash and a lumbar sprain and i've had some psychical therapy and massage work done which has made it a little better. However its still hard to get through a full day of work occasionally (on my feet for 8 hours nonstop) without my midback hurting like hell. This was in November, and i just received a call from the adjuster from my buddies insurance company offering me $150 to close the claim.

I know this is on the very low end of what he can offer me, so should I try to get more out of them or opt to keep the case open in case i have more medical bills related to this down the road?

    R3v have any advice?

I'd keep it ope, or atleast try for 6 figs. Your gonna be fucked up for the rest of your life. Is 150 bucks worth a life time of back pain.

You'll need the docs paperwork that diagnosed it, all bills/expenses related to doc/PT/massage, and it will need to show that you went consistently and did as you were supposed to.

As stated, keep all receipts/bills for your meds and appointments. State your case to the adjuster as best you can. In the end it is what it is, don't expect to hit the jackpot. I work the damage side of insurance claims but I've gleaned a few things from the injury reps.
