How many of you have had to have them removed? I'm super lucky I'm not swollen up like an acorn in a squirrel's mouth. But still painful. The hydrocodone and promethazene is nice though =)

Mine were a piece of cake. Was messed up the day they came out, never took any pills or anything after, didn't need to. On the other end, a buddy of mine had 8 wisdom teeth and was pretty rough for several days.

Got all four of mine pulled at once. Fucked me up real good. Hurt worse than my two shoulder surgeries.

Yep, but my understanding is it's pretty rare. I didn't know about it until it happened to him.

Mine sucked. Dental wouldn't cover half of them because they had to be "surgically removed" and that fell under medical. Ridiculous.

I still have some of the oxycodone they gave me.

Does one need to have their wisdoms removed? I heard if you wait until early/young twenties it is easier for them to remove...

But I do not want to remove them, I see no need to unless they start to hurt. Opinions?

I was pretty much doing the same thing. Don't remember any of it though.

Mine had cavities. Otherwise they would have stayed. My others were sealed, so they were ok. Just the wisdoms had problems since they came in later, and thus didn't get sealed. I had the room, I just was advised that if I kept them, I would have to keep having them drilled and filled. Fuck that.

The nurse at the oral surgeon's was hot and drove an e46. Loved my tat too...;)

Had them removed two at a time due to the fact that they *needed* surgery but had to do the cheap thing at the time. On the last tooth she fractured my jaw ;) AWESOME.

I got all four of my one pulled at once, nbd, just laughed histaricly at the ceiling until I passed out from the gas.
