Maybe chips for me, I'd trade a bag of chips for an entire McD's meal on my cheat day. As for things that I eat now that I"m getting in shape I've got to say I can't believe how much I love natural peanut butter. I actually have to hold myself back from eating too much right out of the bottle. OK amount of protein but a LOT of fat in it. Good fat, but I'm cutting so yeah I need to keep that shit in check.
