    what did you say??????/ a pinto engine in a mercedes. thats gotta be the engine swap from the gods!! I think ive heard it all now.
    wiring is fun when it all works in the end!

      i like doing wiring, i dont know... i just makes me feel "smart" because everyone else is like, WTF are you doing? I'm about to re-wire my fans to run on a switch, instead of coming on at 210degrees.. and just becuase i'm bored.

        If I had a nice comfortable environment to work it it wouldnt be so bad, but contorting in someones trunk hooking up stereos sucks, working on my underdash wiring sucks, and its usually like a thousand degrees outside whenever I need to work on my car.

            Ill be honest, befor I used to be terrified of electical probles. I even drove my first e30 without dash/ interior lights for almost 3 months befor actually breaking down. Now that I do it for a living (well sort of) I have no problems with it and dont mind the mess you usually find under the dash. JUST DONT get frustrated and take one wire at a time. LOL

              i am much more confident working on the wiring than the engine... i have been tinkering with electrical stuff since i was a really little tho
