    So I got this ticket..

And I appeared on my court date. Went up to the clerk to discover that my ticket wasn't in the system. They gave the number 2 the california offices & told me call every hour until it appeared in the system. Well that was 2 months ago. I've been calling everyweek with the same ol' news. Nothing.

So I guess the question is do I just ignore it & go on with my life or keep calling 2 make sure I don't fck myself over?

If they somehow messed up your court date, and you weren't there, you might have a bench warrant for your arrest. I'd want to know if I were you. If you get pulled over, they'll impound your car and take you to jail. I bet there is someone you can call.

Other than that, I'd say all is right with the world.

Nothing in the mail. Searched but nothing online & no I can't.

All they say when I call is that they have nothing in the system & that I should call back every few weeks.. I call asking for my next court date or if they have anything at all.

Well what was the ticket for? Could the cop of been bluffing with you..? Though I doubt it.
I can't recall if this happened to a friend of mine or not, but in the end it's ultimately your responsibility to know if you did or didn't.

Get proof of your attempts and then move on. If something pops up, you have documentation. done

Go personally to the clerk of court and be like, "What the FUCK!?"

But no, really, I'd take the time to roll down there and talk to someone personally and get it straightened out.

Reminds me, I've got a bogus improper registration ticket I need to have a few words with the DA about....

Word, whatever comes of it make sure you get documentation. I've learned that court clerks can be as little as one step above TSA agents on the evolutionary ladder.

I've had the other way around. I've done my part only to have them misfile or lose my records and have a bench warrant issue, twice. Thankfully both times the sheriff called me to notify me that there was a warrant out.

This happened to me a while back. Except I went to court adn they lost the paperwork after the hearing. I called a few times tried to find it, no one could. Did a full driver record pull every year for the last few years its never shown up. Enjoy the insurance savings!
Now look, I am not evil. My loan officer said so.
