Raffle is a no go. There is to much liabilty to for my company to make it work.

I have listed the car on ebay and will personally be donating some funds to childrens when it sell.

To be able to take any money for yourself, it would have to be as a company. You as a person can not receive any money. You will run into some major legal and tax problems. There are ways around the donation system
